Swan Garden (SG) Hospitality is the hospitality arm of the PROLI group, a property developer and contractor in Johor Bahru, renowned for bringing transformative living spaces into reality. Established in 2007, we are today the proprietor of 3 hotels in Johor and Malacca - a co-living building and two boutique hotels.

Swan Garden (SG) Hospitality entered the hotel construction business in 2008 with the completion of Swan Garden Hotel Seri Alam, a 100-room purpose-built 2-star hotel in Masai, Johor Bahru serving business travellers at Pasir Gudang area. In 2013, Swan Garden Hotel Melaka was completed - a 10-storey boutique hotel with a hundred rooms, health spas and restaurants that provide holidaymakers looking for an experience of home away from home. In 2021, Swan Garden completed work on Swan Garden Resort Hotel, in Malacca - a 30-storey, multi-tier hotel that integrates co-living concepts with environmentally-friendly design. And Swan Garden has two more developments planned over the next four years. The first, Swan Tropika is an eco-friendly, co-living concept hotel in Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru. It is scheduled for completion in 2023 The second, Swan Damai, a business park in Nusa Damai, is scheduled to begin 2021 and completed in 2024.
